How we started
In 2020, we wanted to go to a brewery for a flight of beer. In a time of uncertainty and social distancing we had to improvise. We grabbed a piece of cardboard, drew a quadrant and placed 4 tasters in each. Wrote down the name of the beer on the cardboard and had ourselves the “COVID Quad.”
Why airplanemode?
Our flight boards are hand crafted and fully customizable. The design of the board is unique and luxurious allowing tastings beyond beer and beverages. There is a deeper message beyond sampling products and recipes. We encourage social engagement and disconnection from screens.
